HOW MANY MEALS ON THE CHILDREN

  • Break fast 
  • Lunch
  • Dinner

Break fast:
  1. Eggs and Milk.
  2. some fruit apple or orange.
  3. cereals.

  • Lunch ;
  1. Rice with chicken , okra and salad .
  2. Soup , potatoes .
  3. Fresh juice or butter milk.
   

  • Dinner:
  1. pasta , cheese  or pizza with vegetable 
  2. fruit .
  3. milk.

Arabic coffee

                                                       you will need 
  • water , brown coffee , hill  and  saffron.
