What is Hajj

• Every year, millions of Muslims travel to Makkah to perform Hajj .
• Hajj is the fifth pillar of Islam and is one of the most important duties Muslims need to carry out .
• Hajj is mandatory act which has to be performed once in a lifetime.

CONDITIONS OF HAJJ

1. Islam : faith is the first requirement and without it the prescribed deeds are not valid or accepted as acts of worship.
2. sanity: Anyone who is not sane-minded somebody who is proven to be is mentally ill - is not held responsible for his or her actions .

• HAJJ MIKATS

ihraam for hajj or Umrah should be from the Mikats which are the station where a person can take start the ihraam and becomes Muhrim.

• ARRIVAL TO MAKKAH

1. Tawaaf or circumambulating:

Tawaaf is the action of circuiting and circumambulating seven times around the kabah in an aniti-clockwise direction.

1. sa'y between as safaa and al-marwa:

sa'y is to walk between as safaa and Al-Marwa hills back and forth .

HAJJ SEQUENCES

1. first Day ; in the eighth of Dhul-Hijjah pilgrims move to Mina early in the morning. 
2. second day; Go to Arafat stand here with devotion until sunset, praying and asking God for forgiveness.
3. third Day; Go to Mina and throw small stones at the Satan pillars.
4. Forth Day; stay in Mina and throw pebbles at Satan pillars.
5. Fifth Day; stay in Mina and throw pebbles at Satan pillars. Return the same day to Makkah and perform tawaaf, then drink the water of  Zamzam.
